Terms of Service for Velo Blue Pool Care Effective Date: February 24, 2026

Velo Blue Pool Care (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating as Velobluepoolcare LLC, provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, installation, and related services in the San Antonio area and surrounding regions (including Mesquite, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, San Marcos, and nearby communities). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website velobluepools.com (the “Site”) and any services you engage us to perform (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling services, providing your phone number for communications, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “Customer”) and Velobluepoolcare LLC. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.

2. Description of Services We offer residential and small commercial pool care, including routine cleaning (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, debris removal), water testing and chemical balancing, filter maintenance, equipment inspection/minor repairs, targeted treatments (e.g., algae), and quoted repairs/installations.

Services are based on quotes, plans (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly), or one-time requests. Chemicals/supplies for routine visits are typically included; major parts, repairs, or extras require approval and are additional.

3. Eligibility and Access You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Texas) to use the Site or engage our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are the property owner or authorized to grant pool/equipment access.

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access (gate codes, keys, instructions), secure pets, remove hazards, maintain proper water levels, and run equipment as needed. If access is unsafe or denied, we may charge a trip fee, reschedule, or be unable to complete service without credit.

4. Scheduling and Appointments Services are scheduled mutually (phone, email, Site). We aim for prompt service; weather, emergencies, or issues may delay/reschedule. Inclement weather may limit service (e.g., chemicals only). No credits for weather/holiday adjustments.

5. Payments and Billing Pricing includes Texas sales tax where applicable. Routine maintenance is billed monthly (advance/completion per agreement). Repairs/extras due upon completion. We accept discussed methods (credit card, check). Late payments may incur fees (1.5% monthly interest, NSF). Disputes must be raised within 10 days of invoice.

6. Termination and Cancellation Agreements are month-to-month unless specified. Terminate with 30 days' notice (email/mail). We may suspend/terminate for non-payment, unsafe access, or breach. Outstanding balances remain due.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers Services use industry standards, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues from your maintenance/access failures, or acts of God/weather/misuse.

WE PROVIDE SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY/FITNESS). LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE. NO INDIRECT/CONSEQUENTIAL/INCIDENTAL/PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification You indemnify/hold us harmless from claims arising from your property, access issues, or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property and Site Use Site content is our property/licensed. No unauthorized copying/commercial use. Site may use cookies; see Privacy Policy for details.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms By providing your mobile phone number (e.g., during quote requests, scheduling, or service discussions), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Velo Blue Pool Care. These may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates, rescheduling (e.g., due to weather), or completion notifications

Invoices, payment reminders, or account alerts

Customer support responses or follow-ups related to your pool services

Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 per month, depending on service needs; not exceeding reasonable limits for transactional purposes). We do not send promotional/marketing texts unless separately consented.

Message & data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply to texts you send/receive.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or errored messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and your carrier's terms.

Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or CANCEL to any message to opt out of future SMS (except confirmation replies). We will process promptly and stop non-essential texts. For help, reply HELP or contact support.
